The story behind the design
A mural drawn from the forest
La Forêt de Sénart is a panoramic wallpaper in a contemporary painterly style, conceived as a work for the wall.
It turns a wall into a painted landscape, sensitive and enveloping. Drawn from the forest south of Paris, the scene catches the turn from autumn into winter, when the foliage mixes with the first cold light and nature quietly changes pace.
Its painterly strokes bring together deep greens, sage, misty blues, burnished yellows and luminous whites. Together they compose an abstract, poetic forest, where the light seems to pass between the trees and open a path into the landscape.
